Recently had 3M protection installed at Calgary PPF on my recently purchased Ford F-150. With confidence, I can say that they provided me with a hassle free experience and quality product installation. I was even able to catch up on some Netflix while I waited for the installation to be completed in their clean and comfortable waiting room. Would recommend to friends and family.
I would recommend Calgary PPF for car 3M wraps to anyone without a doubt! very professional and reliable, especially the manager Caleb, he knows what the clients need and gives honest advises.I recently bought a model X, I went straight to their shop to do the whole car 3M wraps and the windshield protection. It turns out very nice, they did a awesome job, I like the texture and the details they did. I am very happy and satified customer. If you got a Tesla, definitely go to Calgary PPF for the car wraps.plus, Caleb explained everything to me about how to wash, polish, and maintain the wraps, and makes it to last long.P.S. they would provide you a loader while your car is in the shop. 5 stars!
Best window tint shop in the Calgary north side that's for sure. Too many shops out there selling cheap purple junk. Pro Window Tinting just installed real 3M Colour Stable on my Wrangler and it's the bomb. The whole thing took about 3.5 hours, but I just watched Infinity War on Netflix in their ultra cool lounge, so no biggie. Thanks Jonathan for the great experience!
Thanks Jonathan for getting my truck in last minute. The windows look great. Iv been burned in the past with cheap tint shops selling cheap mystery film. This time I spent the money on the real 3M stuff and it's fantastic. Keeps the cab cool and the shade even changes depending on how sunny it is outside. AMAZING!
I have a 1970 AMC Javelin that I have been working on for a few years and just finished restoring. After hundreds of hours of work on it I wanted to get some paint protection as it will finally be on the road this spring. I did shop around a bit for price, but also for someone who I could have a meaningful conversation with about the exact parts that I wanted covered which did not necessarily fall into the standard offerings. With this in mind, after speaking with other shops in Calgary as well as Caleb at Calgary PPF I decided to go ahead with Calgary PPF. As this is an older muscle car it definitely has some very interesting curves, especially on the front bumper so I was concerned about how well this could be done. I was also concerned about seeing any lines so Caleb suggested that they would do the main areas that I wanted and then I could stop in to take a look and decide if I wanted to go ahead with other areas. The 3M Scotchgard Pro series has almost no visible line so I did decide to get a few other areas covered on my car as well. Caleb and his guys did a perfect job on what I would consider some challenging custom curves/shapes on my car, and without the ability to have any patterns cut as is usually done with modern cars. Also during the restoration process of my car I had the windshield replaced and I am pretty sure that I found the last new one in available in Alberta (probably even in Canada) so I decided to have the Exosheild windshield film installed as well (as it could be quite expensive and very difficult to locate another windshield). Once again, an excellent job on the installation! I will be driving this car on nice summer days and to car shows but now I am not going to be completely stressed out about catching a rock to the paint or windshield along the way. I highly recommend Calgary PPE and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and other vintage car owners. It’s obvious to me that Caleb and his guys really care about what they do and have the skills to do a top quality job.
I got the guys at Calgary PPF to do the window tinting on my 2014 Scion IQ. I've heard good things about the company itself, and I like that they use 3M tint, as I know that is a great quality brand that makes quality film. They booked me in for the next day, and were super polite and professional! Recommended!
I bit the bullet and went with their most expensive option for my F150 Lariat. 3M Crystalline. Easily the most expensive window tint film in the city from what I have seen as well, but after scanning endless forums online, Crystalline appears to be beyond any other UV/heat/radiation blocking tinting film in the whole world. About $1600 to tint the whole vehicle including the windshield. I was intrigued because the film comes in a 90% shade which is virtually invisible as I didn't want to risk any tickets for film on my windshield and sides. I drive in my truck more than 30-40 hours per week and I wanted something that would protect my skin. It's also nice to have something so effective at blocking heat so im not running the AC all the time in summer. Thanks to Caleb and Abner and all the guys over at Calgary PPF for a great job and offering me a loaner vehicle to boot. 5 stars!
Got my new Tesla Model 3 done here. As they were the only installer of 3M Crystalline window tint in the whole city. I read about Crystalline on a few Tesla forum posts and the product really does live up to it's reputation. It. Just. Looks. AMAZING. I can't wait to drive in the summer to see how much heat/radiation it really rejects. Forums suggest you don't even need to run your AC in the summer with this stuff on. The guys at Calgary PPF/Pro Window Tinting were all awesome to work with. They even charged up my Model 3 for free while it was in the shop. They created a hybrid package for me based on 3M Crystalline window tinting on my windshield and panoramic sunroof, then they installed 3M's Color Stable series on the sides and rear. I had their Radium package installed on the front end for protection using 3M Pro Series film that my Model X has as well. Great stuff. 3M is the bomb yo. Also nice to have a warranty valid throughout North America. Great work guys as always!
Note: The current Alberta vehicle equipment laws prohibit installing window tint on the windshield and front side windows. Although, any level of darkness can be used on back side and rear windows. On windshields, only the tinting installed by the car manufacturer is allowed, as are clear un-tinted frost shields or window stickers which do not impair the driver’s vision. Each Canadian province has its own rules and regulations and violating vehicle equipment laws can get you cited even when visiting other provinces. Some of our window tinting packages include the front windshield and front side windows. If you choose one of these packages, we assume no responsibility for your vehicle or its legality. It is up to the consumer to ensure that no provincial laws are being broken by having an automobile with an obstructed view.
